We welcome all educational questions to assist you in better understanding how to serve your body. The perception scale will be different for every body part, so please communicate what works (or doesn’t work) for you when it comes to palpation level.

We offer 60, 75, 90 mins depending on what type of service is requested.
INTEGRATION - Give yourself time to integrate the work you've received and be gentle with yourself. You MAY feel different over the course of a few days to a week.
